Salary: $72,800 – $124,000/year

Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Day Shift)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Bonus: $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (2-Year Commitment)

Relocation: Partial Assistance Available

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Manager for our Labor & Delivery Unit. This leadership position plays a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of the L&D department, ensuring high-quality patient care, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of L&D experience

? Leadership experience in healthcare settings

? Thorough understanding of OR processes and L&D protocols

? Current RN License (State of Alabama)

Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Fetal Monitoring
