Job Title: RN - Labor & Delivery

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to provide direct patient care, adhering to established standards of care and practices.
• Prescribe, delegate, and coordinate all care provided to assigned patients, ensuring comprehensive and current plans of care.
• Diagnose and treat human responses to health problems through services such as case finding, health teaching, and health counseling.
• Supervise patient care provided by licensed practical nurses (LPNs), registered nurses on permit (RNP), and other nursing personnel, ensuring quality and consistency of care.
• Coordinate the overall plan of care, integrating age-specific care needs and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to establish priorities and ensure timely provision of care.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Required: BSN prepared, >/= 2 years experience,
• EFM experience
• NRP
• ACLS - AHA
• BLS - AHA
• Competent in medication titration.
• Preferred: Board Certification, 1-year PICU/NICU care experience
• Good interpersonal skills.

• Duration: 13 weeks
• Pay Range: $73.00 - $77.00 per hour
• Standard Shift: NIGHTS - REQUIRED TO WORK 3 DAYS PER WEEK AND EVERY OTHER WEEKEND - 730P-8A
