Lab Technician

The Lab Technician will perform sample analysis according to internal regulations, analyze, and process laboratory samples following quality protocols. The role involves maintaining documentation and systems within the unit's quality system, communicating with internal and external customers, and supporting the adherence of lab equipment to standard procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform sample analysis according to internal regulations.
• Analyze and process laboratory samples in accordance with quality protocols.
• Maintain documentation and systems within the quality system of the unit.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Ensure all laboratory equipment adheres to standard procedures.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in sample preparation and sample testing.
• Knowledge of biology and aseptic techniques.
• Understanding of GMP and quality control processes.
• Competency in data entry.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a life science discipline.
• Minimum of 1 year of documented experience in laboratory work, preferably with large sample cohorts and service organizations.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Work Environment

The Lab Technician will work fully onsite with a schedule of Monday to Friday, from 9:30am to 6:00pm.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
