Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Lab Technician to join their team! This position is located in Muscatine, Iowa.

Duties:

• Perform routine analytical testing in a 24/7 lab environment
• Provide data to support process and quality control
• Prepare and analyze samples using lab equipment such as: pH meters, density meters, viscometers
• Operate and update laboratory information systems
• Keep accurate records and follow ISO standards
• Perform daily instrument calibrations
• Follow all lab safety procedures and hazardous waste regulations
• Troubleshoot basic instrument issues
• Communicate clearly with team members and maintain attention to detail

Desired Skills/Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in chemical analysis
• Basic knowledge of HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) and GC (Gas Chromatography) operations
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed
• Open to working overtime based on business demands

The approximate pay range for this position is between $17.01 and $24.30. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
