The Food Safety and Quality Assurance Technician supports the overall Food Safety Plan through monitoring, record/product review and inspections. Job Responsibilities This position is responsible for maintaining, interpreting, and reporting on key data & verification activities in various systems. Intermediate Microsoft office skills; including Excel and PowerPoint are required. Conduct verification inspections for post sanitation and pre-operation cleans. Conduct pre-operational and environmental monitoring swabs Conduct plating of environmental monitoring swabs Monitor room, cooler and incubator temperatures. Conduct routine testing and monitoring of product and packaging attributes to established specifications Conduct daily review of labels and retain product Conduct real time review of production records Conduct daily line inspections.
