Lab Specialist - University of Utah : Job Details

Performs advanced laboratory techniques and procedures in a research laboratory. May provide veterinary technical support for animal model studies. Responsibilities Key responsibilities include:1) Performing biochemistry, molecular biology, or other experiments to achieve project goals;2) Assisting in experimental design and troubleshooting;3) Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date record of all experiments and laboratory activities;4) Communicating all results with the PI and the lab;5) Coordinating efforts with other project team members, including assisting and supporting other members with their experiments. Other responsibilities will be assigned as the needs of the projects evolve.
