Lab Quality Assurance Supervisor responsibilities: Supervise and train hourly union lab testers, ensuring adherence to procedures and evaluating competency. Schedule overtime to complete testing and quality assurance tasks on time. Provide coaching, counseling, and administer the collective bargaining agreement for lab testers. Oversee calibration, control charts, and records for all lab equipment; perform calibrations as needed. Maintain inventory of lab equipment, materials, and supplies to ensure compliance with ISO, ASTM, and company standards.
