We are seeking a Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of environmental monitoring and laboratory activities within a regulated scientific environment. This role ensures compliance with quality standards, manages sample collection and testing workflows, and leads a team of laboratory professionals to achieve operational excellence. Key Responsibilities include leading environmental monitoring programs, supervising lab operations, managing equipment calibration and maintenance schedules, overseeing training and ensuring procedural compliance, utilizing LIMS for sample tracking and performance metrics, conducting investigations and preparing technical reports, supporting microbial identification and media acceptance testing, and applying Lean principles to improve workflow efficiency. Leadership Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring analysts and group leaders, coordinating scheduling, task assignments, and onboarding, managing overtime and weekend work schedules, promoting company values and team alignment, participating in hiring and team development initiatives.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in laboratory operations and team leadership. Hands-on experience in a GMP-regulated environment preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills and Attributes: Proven leadership and team-building abilities, with a focus on mentorship and development. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational capabilities. Additional Details: This is a full-time, onsite position based on a second shift schedule (Monday through Friday, 2 pm-10:30 pm), with occasional weekends and overtime required as needed.
