Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Lab Infrastructure Engineer with a strong networking background and programming experience to support our team in maintaining and troubleshooting lab environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in network infrastructure, surveillance, and performance analysis, with the ability to resolve complex issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and perform proactive network surveillance.
• Troubleshoot network layer and logical problems using standard isolation methodologies.
• Utilize tools for router access, circuit layout, automated circuit testing, and ticket management.
• Analyze network surveillance data and address issues identified through analytics.
• Support customer service requests and provide timely resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of relevant networking experience in a lab or production environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco or Juniper routers and LAN switches.
• Solid knowledge of networking protocols: IPVPN, IP, MPLS, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, IPSec.
• Familiarity with network management and performance analysis tools.
• Understanding of DNS, NTP, Firewalls, ACLs, and IPv6.
• Active CCNA certification is required.
• ITIL experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
