This individual receives triaged technical calls from the Lab Customer Support-Call Center, and responds to inquiries from patients, medical personnel, reference laboratories and outreach clients.JOB QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATIONFor positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.Minimum Required: Associate's Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent.Preferred/Optional: NoneEXPERIENCEMinimum Required: NonePreferred/Optional: Two years' lab experience. Experience with Laboratory Information Systems.CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSESThe following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position.
