What you'll be doing

• Carry out various mandates for our clientele, such as reorganizations, financings, company turnarounds, company purchases/sales, etc.
• Meet with customers
• Assist customers with their legal needs:

- Draft legal documents (buy-sell agreements, corporate resolutions, leases, supply agreements, etc.).- Actively participate in clients' corporate reorganizations- Provide strategic legal advice on mandates- Conduct doctrinal and jurisprudential research

• Participate in training paralegals
• Analyze and understand the budgetary limits of a case
• Participate in department meetings
• Contribute to the establishment of best practices

Do you have what it takes?What really counts

• Bachelor's degree in law
• Member of the Quebec Bar
• At least one (1) year's relevant experience
• Experience in corporate and transactional law, an asset
• Proficiency in the use of technology and ease with digitization
• Knowledge of Para-Maître software (an asset)
