Base pay range: $69,744.00/yr - $93,804.00/yr

Make a difference in L&Is Data Analysis by designing, developing, and implementing reporting solutions that support strategic and operational goals. You will help build systems for tracking agency processes and metrics, promoting data-driven decision making. The role primarily supports the Health Services Analysis and Office of the Medical Director programs within the Insurance Services division.

• Gather and clarify data and reporting requirements from stakeholders, interpreting needs to design effective data solutions.
• Develop models of final outputs, verifying data availability and accuracy.
• Write code using tools like Hyperion Studio, SAS, SSMS, SSRS, SQL, and JavaScript to extract and analyze data from the agencys data warehouse and other sources.
• Evaluate data results for accuracy and usability, adjusting processes as needed.
• Create complex reports including datasets, charts, graphs, documents, presentations, or web-based interactive reports.
• Advise project teams to ensure data is accurate, understandable, and supports decision-making.

Required: Bachelor's degree with coursework in Statistics and/or Mathematics, plus three years of relevant experience as a Data Consultant 3 or equivalent. Graduate training may substitute for up to two years of experience. Alternatively, equivalent education and experience.

Desired: Experience within the Health Services Analysis program, proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Hyperion, SSMS, SSRS, SAS, SharePoint, JavaScript, knowledge of Kimball Data Warehouse design, and strong communication skills.
