Learning & Development (Primary Focus - Individual Contributor Role)Design, deliver, and manage learning programs across the Americas region, ensuring alignment with global HR strategy and business needs. Serve as a confident facilitator and communicator with the ability to engage all levels of the organization, including senior leadership. Own end-to-end L&D project execution including needs assessment, content development, vendor management, logistics, and post-program evaluation.
