Primary Job Title: L&D FacilitatorLocation: Orange, CT (Onsite)Date Posted: 7/16/2025Employment Type: Contract 12-month Salary Range: $40 - $42/Hr Job Summary:We're looking for an experienced facilitator to deliver leadership development programs for employees at all levels, from emerging to senior leaders. In this role, you'll lead both virtual and in-person workshops using pre-designed content and work closely with our instructional designer to ensure sessions are relevant and impactful.Key Responsibilities: Facilitate virtual and in-person leadership development workshops. Produce virtual sessions, including managing the chat and breakout rooms. Tailor delivery style to meet learner needs while still achieving the objectives. Partner with the instructional designer to ensure content and delivery are aligned. Share facilitation insights and participant feedback to improve the programs. Coordinate in-person session logistics as needed, including ordering food, supplies, and materials.Required Skills: Proficiency with virtual platforms such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom. Strong facilitation presence with the ability to engage various audiences. Excellent communication, storytelling, and coaching skills.Preferred Qualifications: Experience as a people leader. Familiarity with instructional design and adult learning principles.
