Kronos System Analyst II - Yale-New Haven Health : Job Details

1. Application and IT System Implementation and Support 1.1 Implement and maintain Workforce Management applications, systems, and hardware. 2. Teamwork 2.1 Creates and maintains regular status reports to Manager. 3. Documentation 3.1 Document and maintain system design and build documents using latest DTS tools such as Teams. 4. Other 4.1 Provides training to other DTS staff. Qualifications EDUCATION Associates degree or equivalent experience required. EXPERIENCE Minimum 5 years experience in Healthcare and/or technology strongly preferred. A minimum of 2 to 3 years experience as a Systems Analyst is required. Ability to analyze workflow to recommend and develop application solutions. Ability to research and interpret data ; to include reporting, preparing and presenting data. Healthcare or Epic experience preferred.
