Knowledge Manager - Cyberspace Solutions, LLC : Job Details

The main deliverables include facilitating data management and analytics to support the Threat Library and the Intelligence Mission Data Center. The role also involves assisting in the production of presentations or documents that communicate relevant data and analytics. By providing insights into the scope and fidelity of IMD requirements, Illuminate Mission Solutions enables the Defense Intelligence Enterprise to improve production planning and ensures service acquisition programs have access to intelligence gaps and associated risks to weapon systems. The Junior Level Knowledge Manager serves as a coordinator and facilitator for data, overseeing the storage and distribution of knowledge within the Intelligence Mission Data Center and its customer base, impacting worldwide operations daily.

• Oversee and track Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) requirements assigned to the office through the Knowledge Management/Decision Support application.
• Facilitate data management and analytics supporting the Threat Library. Manage and maintain data on SharePoint and shared drives across three networks.
• Identify, gather, process, store, and analyze large data sets, interpret trends, and communicate results to create and manage knowledge processes.

• Clearance: Must have a current SCI investigation and be able to maintain eligibility for a Top Secret SCI Clearance. Willingness to obtain CI Polygraph is required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: The Knowledge Manager (KM) will implement tools and processes to automate and standardize knowledge management within the organization. The KM will develop, design, and implement solutions primarily within a SharePoint environment across three network domains.

Required Education and Experience: No specific education requirement. Candidates should demonstrate working knowledge of concepts related to the outlined functions.

Preferred Education, Experience, Skills, and Abilities: Bachelor's degree in a field related to Knowledge Management from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience—an additional 4 years of related KM experience can substitute for a degree, totaling 7 years. At least 3 years of recent analysis experience relevant to Knowledge Management is preferred.
