Birdhouse Brewing Company is looking for a Kitchen Manager to lead our small but mighty food program. We re a community-focused craft brewery with a rotating menu of fresh, creative offerings designed to pair with our beer. This role is hands-on and perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while keeping operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations including prep, service, and closing procedures
- Lead, train, and schedule kitchen staff
- Develop and execute seasonal menus in collaboration with ownership/management
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health/safety standards
- Manage inventory, ordering, and relationships with local vendors
- Monitor food quality and consistency to align with Birdhouse s standards
- Control food and labor costs while meeting revenue goals
- Communicate effectively with the FOH team to ensure seamless service
