Lucy's Vietnamese, renowned for its classic Pho with mouth-watering 14-hour smoked brisket, has quickly grown with 4 Brooklyn locations (Bed-Stuy, Bushwick, Williamsburg, and East Williamsburg) since its 2015 inception. Join our expanding team!

We're seeking a Store Manager to overseeinventory, food quality, cost control, safety standards, and overall kitchen efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure safe food storage and adhere to sanitation standards.
• Document operational procedures.
• Manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Train and mentor junior team members.
• Maintain menu planning and ingredient ordering.
• Shift scheduling
• Ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about food.
• Must have a Food Handler Protection Certificate.

Requires 3 years of experience in the food industry, preferably in quick service & fast food. High school education or equivalent is preferred. Must be authorized to work in the United States and available to work weekends.
