The Nutrition Group has an open position of Kitchen Manager for School Food Service. This position entails overseeing food production and staff training at a large K-12 School Cafeteria Operation. Duties to Include:Understanding National School Breakfast Program. Understanding National School Lunch Program. Food Preparation on a large production scale. Utilizing Kitchen Equipment. Meeting Company's Expectations. Understand Company's Food Concepts. Daily Production Records and Paperwork. Facilitate the execution of catered events as needed.
