false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 JOB SUMMARY: Responsible managerial work delivering family support services utilizing a broad range of community services and natural support systems. Involves a broad range of training and development activities, assessment services, and consultation, and requires quality documentation of services provided. Responsible for training and operation of the Kinships program. Participates in organization's performance and quality improvement efforts. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1.Provides oversight of the implementation of programs and quality improvement for the Kinship program. Responsible of budgeting and fiscal management of the programs. 2.Collaborates and coordinates activities with the Director of Kinship Services and Chief of Prevention & Intervention to monitor contractual agreements and coordinate staff training needs. 3.Selects, supervises and trains department program and support staff. Responsible for completing employee evaluations on those directly supervised and for ensuring that an effective employee development, discipline and recognition programs are implemented within framework of The Children's Home's Human Resources policies and procedures. 4.Collects and reports on data as needed on a monthly and quarterly basis and submits data to funding sources as required. 5.Monitors cooperative agreements with community agencies. Coordinates existing and added services and serves as a representative for various community committees. 6.Monitors outcome measures of program contracts and grants. Ensures outcomes are achieved 7.Coordinates independent contractors and monitors quality and compliance with contract provisions. 8.Provides leadership and participates in the organization's performance and quality improvement efforts. 9.Ensures staff fully utilizes agency MIS system and is responsible for integrity of data. 10.Works within the philosophy and function of the Children's Home Network. 11.Performs other related duties as assigned. ***THESE ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS ARE NOT TO BE CONSTRUED AS A COMPLETE STATEMENT OF ALL DUTIES PERFORMED. EMPLOYEES WILL BE REQUIRED TO PERFORM OTHER JOB RELATED MARGINAL DUTIES AS REQUIRED*** MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Education & Experience Master's degree in Social Work or Human Services related field from an accredited university plus five (5) years experience working with children and families, two (2) years of which should be in a supervisory or leadership role or Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Human Services related field from an accredited university plus five (5) years experience working with children and families of which two (2) years should be in a leadership position. Licenses & Certifications:

  • Must possess and maintain a valid Florida driver's license with no record of criminal driving offense of license suspension.
  • Must possess means of providing job related transportation and show proof of required insurance. Must be insurable under CHN's current auto insurance policy.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Must successfully complete and maintain FDLE clearance, Federal background and state criminal background check and sexual predator screening.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED: • Supervision is provided in the form of one-on-one supervision and regular team meetings. • Supervision is provided by Chief of Prevention & Intervention.
