KindPeoples is looking for friendly individuals with a positive attitude and willingness to work with the public to join our team as a Cannabis Consultant. The Consultant's role is a hybrid of bartending and pharmacology; they are welcoming and engage in friendly and positive conversation while consulting customers based on their individual needs. Consultants are responsible for maintaining a kind and safe environment to provide our customers with a delightful experience.

• Maintaining a friendly, positive, helpful demeanor at all times
• Register actions
• Correctly and accurately opening and closing a personal register
• Learning sales software procedures
• Knowledge of all steps to complete a sale from start to finish
• Maintaining in-depth product knowledge
• Ability to assist customers in the navigation of our vast product offerings with confidence
• Ability to properly utilize peripheral marketing materials to educate customers and close sales
• Organization and upkeep of the sales floor and storage
• Diligently maintaining a clean work area
• General cleaning and sanitary practices
• All applicants must be available to work nights and weekends
• Shifts tend to be 6 to 8 hours, with the majority of the time spent on your feet
• Ability to learn point-of-sale software and be savvy with Microsoft
• Customer service experience is encouraged
• Excellent attendance is required
• Bilingual is a plus
