1. Provide telephonic call support to CKD participants in focused areas across the country including education, scheduling, rescheduling, and targeted Spanish support .. Review, educate and answer questions on all modality options for dialysis including transplant, hemodialysis, PD and HHD 3. Provide local coverage support with opportunities and data entry as needed .. Complete data entry& tasking into data management system .. Other duties as assigned. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, TRAINING, OR QUALIFICATIONS - Skilled in working with a wide variety of participants who may be challenged in hearing, sight and mobility. Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience working and tracking tasks in Salesforce.
