A commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and efficiency is essential.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesFollow Brand standards, recipes, and systemsFollow food safety standardsUnderstand restaurant prep routines and be able to follow build chartsUnderstand and follow restaurant time tag chartPrepare raw product into a finished cooked productTransfer cooked product to pack-line areaMaintain a clean and organized workstationClean equipment and fryersStocking items such as tenders, fillets, nuggets, etc.Follow and achieve product availability and freshness with limited product wasteMaintain a guest focused culture in the restaurantCommunicate effectively and efficiently with managers and coworkersOrganize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areasRequirementsQualificationsMinimum 18 years oldAble to lift objects such as boxes, product, and fryers up to 50lbs
