Description Summary As a Restaurant Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food in accordance with our brand's recipes and operational standards. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring that all dishes are consistently prepared, cooked, and presented in a timely and professional manner. A commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and efficiency is essential. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems
  • Follow food safety standards
  • Understand restaurant prep routines and be able to follow build charts
  • Understand and follow restaurant time tag chart
  • Prepare raw product into a finished cooked product
  • Transfer cooked product to pack-line area
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Clean equipment and fryers
  • Stocking items such as tenders, fillets, nuggets, etc.
  • Follow and achieve product availability and freshness with limited product waste
  • Maintain a guest focused culture in the restaurant
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with managers and coworkers
  • Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas
Requirements Qualifications
  • Minimum 18 years old
  • Able to lift objects such as boxes, product, and fryers up to 50lbs
