At National Ramp, client relationships are our top priority. We re looking for a dedicated and personable account manager to maintain client accounts and serve as our main point of contact. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive for providing exceptional customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed with speed and empathy
  • Keep client records meticulously updated, including contract renewals and service updates
  • Collaborate closely with sales and internal teams to meet and exceed KPIs
  • Deepen your understanding of our products to enhance service offerings
  • Spearhead client retention and expansion through exemplary service and strategic partnership
  • Embrace brand ambassadorship, representing National Ramp's values in every interaction

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years in a sales or account management role, ideally in a relevant industry
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in CRM and ERP software (e.g., HubSpot, Epicor)
  • Bachelor s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
