The Leslie County Area Technology Center is looking for an experienced, hard-working, dedicated person to help students in Leslie County and surrounding counties reach their career goal in the area of Carpentry. This position is very rewarding as you see students in grades 9-12 further their education and complete their career pathway. The Kentucky Department of Education, Office of Career and Technical Education, Leslie County Area Technology in Hyden, KY has an opening for a Carpentry Instructor. Duties and Responsibilities Teaches occupational preparatory classes within a career and technical education program. Performs other duties as required. In accordance with KRS 161.220the applicant selected for this position will become a member of the Kentucky Teachers Retirement System.
