Kennel Assistant - National Veterinary Associates : Job Details

We are seeking a compassionate and hardworking part-time kennel assistant to join our team. This role involves caring for animals, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and assisting with daily operations in the kennel. Responsibilities: - Provide food and water to animals according to feeding schedule. - Clean and disinfect kennels, cages and common areas. - Walk, exercise and monitor well-being of animals. - Assist in bathing and basic grooming tasks. - Observe animals for signs of illness and distress. - Observe animals in daycare room at all times. - Assist with intake and release of pets. - Maintain laundry, dishes and other kennel supplies. - Deep clean kennels and common areas. - Provide compassionate care and attention to all animals.
