A kind, grounded family based in Upstate New York is seeking a full-time nanny to care for their young children. While the family primarily resides upstate, they spend occasional time in New York City, and domestic/international travel is part of the role.

This position is ideal for someone confident, thoughtful, and playful who thrives in a structured yet warm environment. The family values respectful communication, healthy routines, and encouraging independence through child-led learning.

Schedule: ThursdaySaturday, 8:00 AM6:00 PM (40 hrs/week guaranteed)

Compensation: $35$45+/hr DOE + Benefits

Living Accommodations:

• Provide attentive, loving care to both children
• Create developmentally appropriate, engaging activities
• Support daily routines (meals, naps, hygiene, transitions)
• Encourage independence, curiosity, and age-appropriate responsibility
• Light housekeeping related to the children (laundry, tidying, meal prep)
• Family assistant tasks as time allows (errands, organizing, etc.)
• Collaborate respectfully with a hands-on, stay/work-from-home mom
• Reinforce boundaries with a kind, gentle, and consistent approach

• 5+ years of experience working with toddlers
• Emotionally intelligent, proactive, and organized
• Calm, warm, and playful demeanor
• Experience with Montessori or child-led philosophy is a plus
• Comfortable with pets

• Legal to work in the U.S.
• CPR & First Aid certified
• Fully vaccinated and up to date on flu shots
• Strong driver with clean record (nanny car provided)
• Confident swimmer
• Passport-ready for domestic/international travel
• Non-smoker

• $35$45+/hr depending on experience
