JV Boys Lacrosse Head Coach / Varsity Assistant Coach (Adjunct) - Lake Highland Preparatory School : Job Details

Lake Highland's Athletics department is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Head Coach for the JV Boys Lacrosse team, who will also serve as an Assistant Coach for the Varsity program. The focus of this role is on coaching and developing middle school and sub-varsity players, preparing them for a successful transition to varsity-level play.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the JV boys lacrosse program
• Assist with varsity practices, games, and program development
• Develop young athletes with a focus on skill-building, sportsmanship, and teamwork
• Help facilitate the progression of players from sub-varsity to varsity level

This is an adjunct, non-benefitted, seasonal position. We encourage applicants from underrepresented groups to apply.

Education/Experience:

• Previous coaching experience at the high school level
• Strong understanding of player development and game strategy
• Interest in applying for potential academic or staff positions at the school
