**Job Description:**

A prominent tri-state General Agency is seeking individuals for full-time Sales Training positions at their Hauppauge location.

Candidates must be dynamic, articulate, and capable of handling the challenges posed by healthcare reform and an evolving marketplace. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, along with being detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities include developing relationships with prospects, delivering presentations, reviewing and processing cases, analyzing costs, resolving claims and billing issues, completing enrollment and compliance transactions, and addressing broker concerns. Training will be provided, and prior insurance experience is not necessary.

Compensation includes a base salary plus residual commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve claim and billing issues
• Prospect new brokers via cold calling
• Review case paperwork for completeness
• Assist with application submissions
• Process enrollment, termination, and change requests
• Address broker issues as they arise
• Build relationships with new brokers
• Begin NY State Insurance License coursework
• Learn industry terms and practices, including PPACA

Qualifications:

• Training provided; insurance experience not required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to reprioritize
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
