Role: Junior Recruiting Specialist

Location: Midtown, NY

Hybrid: 4 days in office (Monday Thursday) with flexibility to come in 5 days to host interviews/events

Compensation range: Up to $100k base salary plus bonus

The US team is looking for a Junior Recruiting Specialist dedicated to the Campus/Early Careers program in the US This is an exciting opportunity to have direct impact into the business and make a mark on the incoming population!

In your role at Junior Recruiting Specialist, you will:

• Work to build out the graduate, MBA and intern populations for the US business in addition to hiring early careers roles up to 4 years of experience.
• Grow and initiate relationships with universities, including attending on-campus recruitment events.
• Develop strong relationships with the internal team including understanding their business needs and providing regular updates to key stakeholders.
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Source candidates for open requisitions.
• Run screening calls with candidates and manage applications.
• Liaise with external vendors as needed.

Key requirements:

• 3-5 years experience with campus/early careers recruitment.
• Experience working within a corporate and fast-paced environment such as financial services or tech.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
