Junior Quality Engineer - Linamar Corporation : Job Details

The Junior Quality Engineer at Salford Group is an excellent growth opportunity for Quality Technicians, Inspectors, or Auditors eager to advance their careers. The job reports to the Site Operations Manager with a dotted line to Director, Product and Process Integrity, this role is responsible for conducting routine and moderately complex inspections on both in-process and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards. The Junior Quality Engineer will play a key role in training and supporting production inspectors and operators on quality processes, control forms, and procedures. Additionally, the incumbent will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying, recommending, and implementing quality enhancements on the plant floor. This position requires strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and a proactive approach to resolving internal and customer quality issues.
