What You Will Enjoy Doing*

• You will facilitate purchasers' work by carrying out the different stages that govern the purchasing process
• Launch calls for tenders
• You will place orders, negotiate and inquire about prices and time frames;
• Carry out the order monitoring operations (supplier reminders, delivery conditions, payment, packaging methods)
• Additionally you will inform and guide customers (both internal and external)
• Process invoice disputes in coordination with accounting and the supplier
• Be a source of proposals for any administrative improvement
• You will set up and update supplier and product databases
• Ensure purchaser dashboards are established
• Synchronize the Purchase Team activity
• Help draft specifications in cooperation with the purchaser teams
• Lastly you will monitor markets for the purchasing teams: detect strategic information for the company, analyze certain key factors for changes in the market

What Makes You Great

• You will have an Associates degree or equivalent experience
• 23 year of experience in the field of Purchasing
• You will also have experience with rotating machinery a plus
