Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and organized entry-level IT Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates with a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field who have demonstrated leadership through academic projects, internships, or extracurricular involvement. You'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and contribute to real-world technology initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination and delivery of small to mid-size IT projects under the guidance of senior team members
  • Support project planning efforts including timelines, scope, milestones, and resource allocation
  • Track progress, manage schedules, and update project documentation such as status reports, risk logs, and meeting notes
  • Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams including developers, QA, stakeholders, and infrastructure
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint planning) or traditional project meetings
  • Help identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Support the implementation of software solutions, system upgrades, or internal IT initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships, co-ops, or campus leadership roles count)
  • Demonstrated experience working on technical or cross-functional projects during school or internships
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Familiarity with project management or collaboration tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, or Google Workspace
  • Interest in pursuing a career in IT program or project management

Preferred Skills (not required):

  • Exposure to Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
  • Understanding of SDLC or IT systems architecture
  • Certification or coursework in project management (CAPM, Scrum Fundamentals, etc.)
