JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER - Pfister Energy : Job Details

Energy is a renewable energy company providing innovative power solutions, with an emphasis on Distributed Generation Solar, for commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities. We are a national developer and EPC of turnkey renewable energy, on-site distributed power generation systems, with over 750 megawatts (MW) of solar electric power (PV) installed in the United States. Pfister Energy provides in-house project development, engineering, pre-construction, project management, installation, system commissioning, and operations/maintenance.

Provide overall support to the project management team including but not limited to:

• Attend meetings with Senior Project Managers; create & distribute meeting minutes.
• Communicate and follow-up with vendors on material and equipment deliveries.
• Communicate with internal company personnel on project updates and details.
• Create and update project schedules in coordination with project managers.
• Manage closeout documentation and process for seamless project turnover.
• File permits, track progress, and update project team & clients.
• Maintain submittal logs, including requesting and transmitting submittals with partners.
• Create, compile, review invoices, change orders and schedules.
• Prepare and send weekly reports, progress reports and lookahead's as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced working environment.
• Ability to plan and anticipate potential issues that may impact construction progress.
• Recognize and effectively communicate issues to Senior Management.
• A team player with drive and passion to be successful.
• Motivated to learn and grow in the project management field.
• Associate degree or 2 years related experience in construction project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Project, Procore and Smartsheets.
