Position Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert in a designated product category.

• Research and identify new products from both domestic and international suppliers.

• Engage with vendors and attend product trade shows to enhance your understanding of manufacturing processes and market trends.

• Offer product recommendations based on competitive analysis, customer feedback, and market dynamics.

• Participate in vendor discussions and lead negotiation sessions as necessary.

• Assist in the catalog preparation and strategize product placement with the Product Manager.

• Explore innovative approaches to enhance profitability, product quality, and operational efficiency.

• Collaborate effectively with the Purchasing, Creative, Quality Control, Compliance, and Pricing teams.

• Provide guidance and training to Marketing Associates.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Product Management, Supply Chain, or Marketing.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly organized and analytical, with a keen eye for detail.
