Base pay range

$38.50/hr - $43.50/hr

ResponsibilitiesKforce has a client in Austin, TX that is seeking a Junior .Net Developer for a temp-to-perm position. TheJunior .Net Developer will assist in application development using the .NET development framework. They will be working with Agile principles to develop and support custom software. Responsibilities:

• Analyze an issue and use the proper tools to trace the source of the error and develop remediation of the issue
• Develop tests or actions to prove the correctness of the remediation.
• Decompose the task into actionable steps for implementation.
• Pay attention to detail and ensure all requirements are met or addressed.
• Communicate with team members to gather requirements, information, and feedback on tasks and processes
• Prepare written or verbal communication to report progress or assigned tasks
• Seek guidance when it is necessary to complete tasks
• Independently research solutions to issues or task assignments
• Develop activities to research and analyze new and upcoming changes to development tools in order to apply them in current and future tasks

Requirements

• To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
• Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Eager to learn new skills as a developer and a professional

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
