Junior Logistics Manager - Inspyr Solutions : Job Details

Title: Junior Logistics Manager Location: Doral, FL (Onsite)Duration: Direct HireCompensation: 65,000-70,000Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the USJob Description:

• Plans and executes weekly allocation schedule for all customers.
• Track of order status and update in reports and system to keep data LIVE
• Immediate action on issues and errors to resolve, escalate to management when needed
• Provide the visibility to stakeholders (Customers, Sales, SCM) of estimated delivery dates and weeks.
• Maintains and completes orders till fulfilled with accurate Open Qty, Price, SKU, Order condition
• Analyze the operation process to design the scenario in automation project
• To keep management properly informed of any issues concerning the area of responsibility cited
• To provide any necessary support as directed by management
• Exercise supervision over employees in assigned part
• Prepares raw data with back up document for report related to KPI, internal approval request, status report, presentation material and innovation activities

Skillset / Experience:

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines, be detailed-oriented.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, agents and fellow employees
• Ability to think logically and follow procedures and instructions
• Ability to work extended hours, holidays and weekends as needed.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Strong time-management and organization skills
• MS Excel and Powerpoint , SAP skills
