Base pay range

$215,000.00/yr - $380,000.00/yr

seeking a Junior Litigation Associate to join its dynamic Commercial Litigation group in the New York office. This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented attorney looking to work on high-stakes, complex matters alongside some of the industry's top litigators.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record
• Admission to the New York Bar (or eligibility for admission)
• ONLY 1–3 years of experience (Class of 2021–2023) practicing commercial litigation, ideally from a large or AmLaw 100 firm
• Demonstrated experience in:
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and legal briefs
• Handling discovery, including eDiscovery platforms and strategies
• Conducting legal research and writing
• Assisting with witness preparation and depositions
• Supporting hearings, arbitrations, and trial preparation

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with attention to detail
