Come help us maintain a solid technical infrastructure that will help support our growth. This is a full-time position reporting to the Director of IT.Responsibilities:
- IT support for desktop, laptop, mobile, printers, and other network-attached devices
- End user support for typical office applications, email, and cloud storage
- Level 1 user support for proprietary in-house CAD and CRM applications
- Create, document, and maintain business continuity practices using IT ticketing system
- This position will require 20%-30% travel to our other locations.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of LAN/WAN/VLAN, TCP/IP, UDP
- Mobile device expertise - iOS and Android
- Knowledge of Microsoft cloud products: O365, SharePoint
- Knowledge of LAN, internet, and computer security
- Associate's degree preferred.

- Organized self-starter who can handle multiple competing priorities without a lot of supervision.
- Experienced phone manners and patience
Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
