Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Junior/Intermediate Estimator located in Blauvelt, NY. The Junior/Intermediate Estimator will be responsible for preparing cost estimates by analyzing proposals and requirements, reviewing plans and specifications, and collaborating with project managers, engineers, and sub contractors. Day to day tasks include collecting and analyzing sub contractor proposals, creating RFP's, reviewing bid documents, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing cost estimates, analyzing proposals, and understanding project specifications.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to collect and interpret data accurately.

• Proficiency in using estimation software and tools.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work effectively on-site in a team environment.

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.

• Experience working for a GC- General Contractor
