We are looking for Junior HVAC / Mechanical Technicians to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who may not have years of experience but has mechanical ability, motivation, and a willingness to learn.

The role involves assisting with commercial HVAC repairs, installations, and maintenance, as well as pump and motor work in our in‑house machine shop. You'll work alongside experienced technicians who will teach proper methods, safety, and efficiency.

We're looking for dependable people who take pride in their work, stay organized, and want to keep improving their skills every day. Candidates from related trades — HVAC, plumbing, millwright, construction, or machining — are encouraged to apply.

• Assist with repair, maintenance, and installation of commercial HVAC systems, pumps, and motors.
• Help with pump disassembly, inspection, cleaning, and reassembly in the shop.
• Learn to test and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems safely.
• Keep work areas and tools clean, labeled, and organized.
• Support improvements in workflow and shop setup for safety and efficiency.
• Follow company safety rules and actively participate in training and learning opportunities.

• Valid Driver's License or in the process of obtaining one.
• Some hands‑on mechanical or electrical experience preferred (can be from trade school or personal projects).
• Interest in HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, millwright, machinist or automotive work.
• Reliable, organized, and detail‑oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Able to lift 40 lbs, climb ladders, and work safely in commercial settings.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
