Stark County Mental Health & Addiction Recovery is seeking a Data and Compliance Monitoring Specialist to ensure HMIS and Coordinated Entry participating organizations adhere to legal, regulatory, policy and data compliance requirements. The role involves collaborating with local agencies, monitoring data, assisting with software systems, and maintaining reporting and operational workflows.

Responsibilities:

Collaborates with local publicly funded agencies within Stark County's Homeless Navigation System (HMIS) continuum of care by monitoring program statistics and data and assisting with data entry, migration, quality analysis & error reconciliation.

Assists with the day-to-day operations of the HMIS and facilitates communication between end-users and advanced level support.

Assists staff, shelters, housing, and service providers with data entry needs and software system maintenance.

Assists with all reporting requirements and maintains operating and procedure manuals & workflows.

Qualifications:

Required:

Associate degree and/or related experience required

Minimum of 1 years' experience with software systems, preferably with HMIS databases

Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite required

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree preferred
