Job Description MDLE is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, technology-focused junior Architect to become an integral component of our dynamic and growing team in Charlottesville, Virginia. The Charlottesville office is comprised of architects and planners focused on growing our successful service in the federal marketplace for clients all over the world. As a Junior Architect, you will be responsible for supporting project teams through all design phases and implementing projects in Revit. The role will expand your knowledge of AEC industry standards, codes, and practices to support and improve workflow collaboration and efficiencies throughout the Design and Construction phases. Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

• As a Junior Architect, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities that are vital to the completion of our projects. These include:
• Supporting the lead Project Architect with design concepts and ensuring their execution throughout all project stages.
• Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to create comprehensive design solutions.
• Utilizing Revit to prepare and revise architectural plans and drawings.

Qualifications: Minimum Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Strong skills in Revit
• On the path to licensure

Qualifications

• Have or be able to hold a DoD security clearance and a U.S. passport
• Ability to travel internationally

• This position is for someone living in Charlottesville, Virginia. Work is expected to be in-office.
