Junior Analyst - JFC Staffing : Job Details

We're partnering with a growing company to fill a Junior Analyst role-perfect for recent graduates with strong internship experience or individuals with 1-2 years in a data-focused or analytical role. What We're Looking For

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formulas)
• Comfortable working with large data sets and generating insights
• Exposure to reporting tools and data analysis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or collaboratively

What You'll Be Doing

• Analyze operational and performance data to support business decisions
• Prepare ad-hoc reports for leadership and other departments
• Participate in monthly meetings to share key insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and performance drivers
• Assist in building dashboards, tracking metrics, and identifying areas for improvement
• Partner with the Data and IT teams on the rollout of a new Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system

Salary: $50K to start with tons of room for growth.
