About the Role The Junior Account Sales Executive is responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of off-price retail accounts, TJ Maxx (U.S.), and in coordination with the Canada Sales team. This role contributes to the execution of sales strategies across key categories, including accessories (bags and hats), as well as basics including underwear and socks. Working closely with the Senior Account Executive to drive revenue growth and ensure operational accuracy. Key responsibilities include coordinating product proposals, tracking purchase orders, preparing sales documentation, and maintaining communication with internal teams and retail partners. This position requires strong analytical and organizational skills to support account performance and uphold service standards. Collaboration with cross-functional departments-such as Merchandising, Production, Logistics, and Order Management-is essential for seamless execution and account support. Key Responsibilities
  • Meeting Preparation: running relevant inventories and seasonal forecasts, preparing showroom with sample representation, and prepare in-season pricing opportunities.
  • Run daily open order/NSR reports to ensure orders are aligned to inventory and ready to ship dates
  • Work with production to ensure that goods are arriving on time and in full to fulfill order.
  • Maintain a working knowledge and ownership of customer specific requirements for ticketing routing and other account needs.
  • Continually keep an open line of communication of the status of the order with the external buying teams
  • Create Art Requests for CAD Boards to be created and send to the proper merchandising teams.
  • Create imagery request sheets and include required specs.
  • Send Imagery and CAD Boards to buyers to ensure they have a proper representation of the product
  • Upload all imagery to the retailer's portals
  • Complete and manage customer item set up sheet templates.
  • Matching customer-specific buys/bulks against the projection given to planning
  • Attend internal meetings with other departments such as Production, Planning and Merchandising to support the order and product assortments.
  • Perform market visits as directed to create competitive analysis
  • Perform any other duties as assigned in support of the company needs and operations
Qualifications/Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in business sales or marketing or other related field and 4-6 years professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Proficient in Microsoft Office specifically Excel and Powerpoint. • Excellent written and verbal skills as required for effective interpersonal communication. • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks and workload seamlessly and follow-up. • Strong business judgement and sense of urgency and can work independently under critical time frames and work on multiple assignments. • Ability to read, analyze and interpret data and draw valid conclusions that show understanding and insight with excellent problem-solving skills. • Ability to be extremely flexible and adaptable in completing a diverse range of assignments in a timely manner and adaptable to change and have the ability to prioritize projects and workload. • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to apply good work habits to effectively complete assigned tasks and contribute to the smooth operation of the company/department. • Willingness to attend professional work dinners and events when presented.
