**Job Description**

As part of the European Learning team, you will assist in supporting our deliveryof our world-class learning solutions for Intel's Leaders and Employees virtually and in person.

Within the role, you will own onsite deployment and production of new and existing learning solutions ensuring that the optimal learner experience is delivered. This will include but is not limited to: forecasting, producing virtual sessions, content-related support (such as exploring relevant research, articles, etc). and work with global and local HR and training reps.

**Qualifications**

The successful candidate will have:

You are an enrolled student in Business Administration or a related field like economics, psychology, communications, marketing, etc.

Ideally practical experience in Learning and Development or Human Resources

Additional skills include:

- Ability to work 4 days a week

- Organization and planning skills

- Customer and service orientation

- Attention to details

- Experience in MS Office and SharePoint

- Fluent in English

-Ability to work in a global virtual environment

-Excellent interpersonal and networking skills

The technology may be set by Intel or by third-party providers whose services Intel have added to our experiences. If the device owner does not allow these technologies, then some or all of these services may not function properly for the device owner.

**Ad Targeting**

Ad Targeting Inactive These technologies may be set through our Intel experience or by our advertising partners. The technology may be used to build a profile of the device owners interests and show the device owner relevant advertisements on other experiences. The technology does not store directly personal information on the device, but the technology is based on uniquely identifying the device. If the device owner does not allow these technologies, then the device owner will experience less targeted advertising.
