Title: Junior Staff Accountant Classification: Non-Exempt Reports To: Accounting Manager Job Description: The Junior Accountant will directly support both daily bookkeeping and monthly financial operations in a fast-paced retail environment. Assist with journal entries, reconcile accounts, maintain ledgers, and prepare routine financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements. Close collaboration with Senior Accountants offers a chance to build confidence, versatility, and a well-rounded understanding of financial operations at scale.
