Job Opportunity: Jr. Software Engineer

My name is Justin, and I am a Diversity Talent Specialist at TEKsystems. We are partnering with a Premier Technology company to find several Jr. Software Engineers to join their team.

Position Details
  • Long-term Contract
  • Pay Rate: $40/hr, depending on experience + 15 days PTO (accrued over the year)
  • Location: Hybrid, 3 days onsite in Sunnyvale, CA
Responsibilities
  • Monitoring system functionality
  • Providing ad hoc support
  • Bug fixing
  • Monitoring and adding test cases to the system
  • Building UI for raters
  • Building dataswarm pipelines
  • Creating widgets
    • Required Skills
  • Experience with operations such as debugging, fixing, monitoring, and/or optimizing an existing system
  • Experience with middle-tier development in a modern programming language such as Python, Ruby, PHP, GoLang, etc. (must be open to learning PHP)
  • Strong understanding of SQL
