Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist and support recruiting team with Full Lifecycle Recruiting.
- Source and pipeline potential candidates by using a multichannel approach (Job boards, LinkedIn, Monster..)
- Collaborate with clients and hiring managers; create job descriptions based on hiring managers needs
- Prescreening and prequalifying candidates properly
- Act as the first point of contact for candidates; maintaining a respectable image of the company
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews
- Updating candidates information by using internal ATS
Qualifications
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Business, HR or Psychology
- Must be a go-getter, cant be afraid to get on the phones or meet candidates in person!
- Must have an interest in finance and technology Fast Learner!
- Ability to speak in Chinese is highly preferred
